As the business session began today (Monday), there was a larger crowd, but definitely a more somber atmosphere in Section 139 of the stadium — the seating space reserved for Mountain Sky Conference people. Overnight the significance of the failure of the One Church Plan to be ranked as a high priority by a majority was more evident. Although Monday’s “legislative committee” session was still a prelude to a final vote in the Tuesday plenary session, it was unlikely that there would be a significant shift of votes toward the One Church Plan.
