Serve Across the Community

We love our communities and we're called to meet the needs of our neighbors. We have aligned with ministry partners to help impact our surrounding communities and in various ways. We encourage you to learn more about our partners and find ways for you to invest through serving.

Blessing Bags. During a recent Moment for Mission during our Community Time, our church family came together to assemble Blessing Bags which are small gifts of care and compassion you can keep in your car and share with someone in need. Each drawstring bag is filled with water, a granola bar, a fruit snack, a protein snack, socks, a blanket, a bandana, chapstick, and a handwritten note from our church.

Pick up a few from the Sanctuary or Chapel Lobbies and be ready to Love Like Jesus - no strings attached.

Serve Weekend. An annual tradition at Broomfield UMC where we come together as a church and a wider community which includes other local faith communities to serve our Broomfield neighbors and mission partners. In addition to the ongoing work we do throughout the year, this is an opportunity for us to pour the love of Christ upon all as we work with so many to be the hands and feet of Christ. Held in late summer/early fall, be sure to check back often for information about the upcoming year's Serve Weekend.
