Christmas Eve Worship Services | Wednesday, December 24
3 & 5pm: Contemporary (Family Life Center)
7 & 9pm: Traditional (Sanctuary)
All worship on Christmas Eve will have the candlelight component.
Childcare at 3, 5, and 7pm | American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter at 5 & 7pm
Communion at 9pm | Livestream available for all worship services
Our Special Christmas Offering
Every year Broomfield UMC chooses three organizations to be the recipients of our special Christmas Eve worship offering where 100% of the funds collected for our special offering are divided among the organizations evenly.
This year, our Ministry Council has identified three remarkable partners who will each receive a third of our Christmas Offering––organizations who are keeping that song of love alive in our community:
- Mirror Image Arts (mirrorimagearts.org)– using theater and creative expression to empower young people, cultivate empathy and belonging, and help stop the school-to-prison pipeline by creating spaces where youth can be seen, heard, and valued.
- Almost Home - Severe Weather Assistance Program (almosthomeonline.org/swap)– providing hotel rooms and critical support for individuals and families when the temperatures drop and safety is at stake. Right now, the SWAP fund is extremely low and in danger of not having enough to adequately meet the growing needs in our community.
- Benefits In Action (benefitsinaction.org) – connecting people with the social services and support they need to thrive, including the social workers who walk alongside guests in our Safe Parking Ministry.
